China Overseas Space Development & Investment Co. Ltd (COSDIC) is an international company established in Hong Kong in 1993, belongs to China Aerospace Science & Industry Corporation (CASIC) and China Volant Industry Company Ltd. (Volinco), and operates independently. In the early years COSDIC was mainly responsible for the investments made by China Aerospace Industry Corp. in Hong Kong, Macau and Oversea markets. Following rapid growth of China aerospace industry, COSDIC is now engaged mainly in the following aspects:

•  Marketing and sale in overseas markets of civilian products designed and produced by CASIC;
• Investment and financing based upon the business of civilian products of CASIC in overseas markets;
• Project contracting based on the technology of CASIC but not limited to: Satellite application projects; Airport and seaport projects; Communication and security system; Environmental engineering (rubbish and waste water treatment); Solar energy application and Civil Building Engineering, and so on.
• Design, develop and produce high tech products and components for overseas customers which to be made by relative by CASIC group member companies.
